  • How long is each session? 

             Consultations are approximately 30min. Counseling sessions and additional services range between 45min to 1hr.

  • Are sessions privately held or grouped?

             All sessions are privately conducted one -on-one and completely confidential.

  • Can I add additional services as needed?

             Absolutely. We want you to be comfortable with your wellness pace. All plans can be customized to meet your needs.

  • How quickly can I get an appointment?

             We guarantee a response to your appointment request within 24hrs. Sessions are booked per availability and we will do  our best to accommodate your preferred time.

  • Is there a cancellation fee?

             No. If you need to change your appointment, please contact us 24hrs in advance. We are happy to reschedule it for another time.
